As reported by AZERTAG, this was stated by President Ilham Aliyev during a meeting with residents of the villages of Ashagy Oratag, Chyldyran, Heyvaly, and Chapar in Agdere.

"There have been wars, there have been conflicts, they continue even today. But none of these wars and none of these conflicts have led to a complete and absolute victory. Only we, as a great nation, have achieved this, and in just 44 days. And after that - within one day," noted the head of state.
