President Ilham Aliyev: We want peace to be established on our borders in the near future

We want peace to come in the near future both to the north and to the south of our borders. However, this peace must be just and based on the norms of international law.

As reported by AZERTAC, President Ilham Aliyev said this at the opening of the IV Shusha Global Media Forum.

The head of state emphasized that peace should not be based solely on someone's claims or the agenda of any single party. "International law is a universal platform for establishing peace. During the conflict with Armenia, we have always advocated for international law," the head of state added.
