As reported by BAKU.WS, this was stated by President Ilham Aliyev at a meeting with residents of the village of Boyuk Galadarasi in Shusha.

"Large-scale construction and restoration work has been carried out in a short period of time, and this too is for the people, so that people return as soon as possible, live peacefully and feel very comfortable here, safe, build and create, raise children, take care of the elderly and enjoy life," the head of state added.
