President Ilham Aliyev shared a post in connection with the anniversary of the AZAL plane crash

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev shared a publication on the anniversary of the crash of the Embraer 190 passenger aircraft of Azerbaijan Airlines (AZAL), which was operating the Baku - Grozny flight.

Recall that on December 25, the Embraer 190 passenger aircraft, performing flight J2-8243 Baku - Grozny, was redirected towards Aktau due to the need for an emergency landing and crashed 3 kilometers from the Kazakhstani city. There were five crew members and 62 passengers on board, a total of 67 people. As a result of the disaster, 38 people died, 29 survived.
