President Ilham Aliyev: Baku and Azerbaijan are becoming very attractive for foreigners
Baku and Azerbaijan are becoming very attractive to foreigners because today investors are looking for places where they can feel comfortable and safe.
As reported by BAKU.WS, this was said by the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, answering questions from business representatives from various countries at an event called "Breakfast with the leadership of Azerbaijan," held within the framework of the annual meeting of the World Economic Forum in Davos.
"From this perspective, multiculturalism, cultural and ethnic diversity, as well as a very positive spirit of interaction, coexistence and mutual respect between all ethnic groups, all representatives of traditional religions really create the spirit that encourages people to buy homes, apartments in Baku, to come for the summer, for vacation, spend time by the sea, and also to invest. Because, by investing at the construction stage, you can sell the already built property for twice as much," emphasized the President of Azerbaijan.
