President Ilham Aliyev awarded a group of athletes and sports specialists

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed an order on awarding athletes and sports specialists of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

As reported by BAKU.WS, the document states:

"Guided by paragraphs 23 and 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I decree:

1. For merits in the development of sports in Azerbaijan, to award the "Tereggi" medal to the following persons:

Abdullayev Yagub Bekir oglu

Agarahimov Jahangir Agababa oglu

Aslanova Elmira Aydin gizi

Bayramov Jahangir Tofig oglu

Aliyev Joshgun Jeyhun oglu

Huseynov Fikret Akif oglu

Maharramov Azer Asif oglu

Mammadov Eduard Tofig oglu

Musayeva Vafa Tabriz gizi

Rajabov Nureddin Rajab oglu.

2. For special merits in the development of sports in Azerbaijan and high professionalism, to confer the honorary title "Honored Worker of Physical Culture and Sports" to the following persons:

Imamaliyev Alakbar Abdulbagi oglu

Gadimova Ilaha Akif gizi

Miraliyev Movlud Mustafa oglu.

3. For many years of fruitful activity in the development of sports in Azerbaijan, to grant the personal pension of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the following persons:

Aliyev Garib Talat oglu

Hasanov Tarlan Aligeydar oglu

Khudiyev Asim Khalil oglu".
