President Ilham Aliyev attended the opening of the "Khankendi" hotel

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev participated in the opening of the "Khankendi" hotel on July 11.

As reported by AZERTAC, the Head of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ramin Guluzade informed the head of state about the conditions created at the "Khankendi" hotel, which is part of the "Khankendi" hotel complex.

It was noted that the four-story hotel building offers all the conditions for a comfortable stay for guests. It has a total of 101 rooms. 92 rooms are classified as deluxe, 4 as superior, 3 as deluxe suite, and 2 as executive suite. The hotel can accommodate 236 guests simultaneously. A number of catering facilities will operate here, including cafes, restaurants, as well as a fitness center.

45 people will work at the hotel. 20 of them are residents of cities and regions liberated from occupation.

It should be noted that in Khankendi, as in other territories liberated from occupation, special importance is attached to the development of tourism infrastructure. Today, one of the priority areas in the ancient city of Khankendi is the creation of modern hotels, recreation centers, and catering facilities. Along with creating a comfortable environment for guests that meets high standards, this clearly demonstrates the rapid pace of Khankendi's restoration and the real scale of the work being carried out.
