President Ilham Aliyev allocated 2 million manats for road construction

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed an order "On measures related to the capital repair of the Goygol - Topalgasanli - Shahriyar (8 km) - Zurnabad - Ganja - Mollajhalilli highway in Goygol district".

As reported by BAKU.WS, the document states:

"Guided by paragraph 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I decree:

1. For the purpose of capital repair of the Goygol - Topalgasanli - Shahriyar (8 km) - Zurnabad - Ganja - Mollajhalilli highway, connecting 3 settlements with a population of two thousand people, from the amount specified in subparagraph 1.19.21 of the "Distribution of funds provided in the state budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2025 for state capital investments (investment expenses)", approved by the order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated January 10, 2025 number 445, to allocate initially 2.0 million (two) manats to the State Agency of Automobile Roads of Azerbaijan.

2. The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall ensure financing in the amount specified in part 1 of this order.

3. The Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall provide in the section of expenditures for state capital investments in the draft state budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2026 the financial resources necessary for the continuation of capital repairs of the highway specified in part 1 of this order.

4. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan shall resolve issues arising from this order".
