President: Azerbaijan has very big plans in the field of renewable energy

In the field of renewable energy, where German companies have vast experience, Azerbaijan also has a very large program and plans.

As reported by BAKU.WS, this was stated by President Ilham Aliyev at a press conference with German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier.

"We intend to increase the production capacity of renewable energy sources to 6 gigawatts by 2030 through investments from foreign investors, and this is quite realistic. Part of this volume will be exported to Europe," emphasized the head of state.
