President: Azerbaijan-Germany ties will overall contribute to cooperation, peace in our region

Germany, as the leading country of the European Union, is expanding its influence in the South Caucasus.

As reported by AZERTAC, this was stated by President Ilham Aliyev at a press conference with Federal Chancellor of Germany Friedrich Merz.

"Azerbaijani-German ties will contribute not only to bilateral relations, but also to cooperation, peace, and stability in our region as a whole," the head of state noted.
