President: Azerbaijan exports military products to nearly 20 countries

Last year, we produced military products worth 1.4 billion manats. Most of it was transferred to the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan, and some was exported. Today, Azerbaijan exports military products to almost 20 countries.

As reported by AZERTAG, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev stated this on January 5 in an interview with local TV channels.

"One of the innovations is that we have created joint ventures in Azerbaijan with major, leading global defense industry companies, where it is planned to produce unmanned aerial vehicles, artillery systems, other equipment, as well as weapons and ammunition," the head of state noted.
