Pashinyan put an end to it: the question of Armenians returning to Karabakh is not up for discussion
The Baku TV channel aired the latest episode of the program Bizdən nə danışırlar? ("What are they saying about us?").
The program notes that Russia may agree to hold negotiations with the United States and Ukraine in Azerbaijan.
This was stated by Vladimir Dzhabarov, First Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on International Affairs of the Russian Federation, in a conversation with the Ukrainian outlet "Podyom."
He emphasized that Azerbaijan is an optimal venue for negotiations.
The program also highlights that the Georgian outlet 1TV.GE published a statement by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan regarding the issue of the return of Armenians to Karabakh.
"We do not discuss the issue of the return of Armenians to Karabakh, Baku, and other places with Azerbaijan. Because such discussions in both directions have a provocative influence on the current situation," he noted.
