Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan stated during a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin that the so-called Karabakh movement should not be continued.

"I have already publicly stated in Armenia that we should not continue the Karabakh movement, because Armenia and Azerbaijan have recognized each other's sovereignty and territorial integrity within the framework of the Alma-Ata Declaration," the Armenian prime minister said.
According to him, Yerevan recognized that Karabakh is part of Azerbaijan.
