Pashinyan accused Russia of disrupting the unblocking of communications

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, in a conversation with Armenian journalists in Washington, commented on why it was not possible to unblock regional communications with Russia's mediation.
This was reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Armenian media.
Pashinyan stated that the formula by which an agreement was eventually reached had previously been proposed by Armenia to Russia. According to him, within the framework of the trilateral working group, Yerevan was ready to work according to this logic, but the process was obstructed. Pashinyan noted that Moscow tried to direct the negotiations in a direction that, in Armenia's opinion, undermined its sovereignty, territorial integrity, and jurisdiction.
"The difference is that now the text of the agreement is set out much more openly," he emphasized.
