Official Baku Welcomes the Agreement Between the US and Iran

Azerbaijan welcomes the reaching of an agreement between the US and Iran and hopes that the further negotiation process will contribute to strengthening peace and stability in the region.

As reported by BAKU.WS, this is stated in the statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan.

"We welcome the agreement reached between the United States of America and the Islamic Republic of Iran on the Memorandum of Understanding," the ministry's statement reads.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan highly appreciated the role of Pakistan in the negotiation process, as well as the contribution of other regional partners.

"We hope that future negotiations, built on the basis of this important achievement, will contribute to ensuring lasting peace and stability," the MFA statement emphasized.
