Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated that his expressed gratitude to the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev during his speech at the V Tbilisi "Silk Road" Forum is a significant step forward in relations between the two countries.

"This is an indicator of progress: a year ago, the Prime Minister of Armenia did not express gratitude to the President of Azerbaijan, but today he does. I believe that this is a very important step forward," he emphasized.
