New footage featuring President Ilham Aliyev at the "SCO plus" meeting

On September 1, a meeting in the "SCO plus" format was held in Bishkek, the capital of the Kyrgyz Republic.

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev arrived at the "Yrys Ordo" Congress Center in Bishkek to participate in the meeting.

The head of state delivered a speech at the event.
