New decree of the Prime Minister: two companies excluded from the list

The Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan has made amendments to the "List of Natural Monopoly Entities," approved by Resolution No. 372 dated August 1, 2024.

As reported by BAKU.WS, the corresponding resolution was signed by Prime Minister Ali Asadov.

According to the document, sections 14 and 15 have been abolished from the "List of Natural Monopoly Entities."

In accordance with the amendment, ASG Business Aviation LLC and ASG Helicopter Services LLC are no longer included in the list of natural monopoly entities.

It should be noted that the mentioned companies had been included in this list until now due to their activities in the field of airport services, aviation servicing of aircraft, as well as the operation of runways and related facilities.
