National Coordinator of WUF13: I have never seen so much rain in Baku in May

As a person who grew up in Baku, I have never seen so much rain in May.

As Oxu.Az reports, this was stated by the Chairman of the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture and national coordinator of WUF13 Anar Guliyev at a press conference held before the official opening ceremony of the World Urban Forum.

According to him, although this is not natural, it is the reality we are facing.

"That is exactly why such discussions and forums are important. We must find ways to adapt to climate change," A. Guliyev noted.
