Muhammad Yunis al-Manfi congratulated Ilham Aliyev

Chairman of the Presidential Council of the State of Libya Muhammad Yunis al-Manfi sent a congratulatory letter to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.

As reported by AZERTAJ, the message states:

By demonstrating commitment to dialogue, mutual understanding and cooperation, you have proposed a model that can be considered exemplary in conflict resolution.
