The Milli Majlis (MM) congratulated President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva on May 28 - Independence Day, as well as on Gurban Bayram.
As reported by BAKU.WS, this was announced by the Speaker of the MM Sahiba Gafarova at the last plenary session of the spring session of parliament, held today.
S. Gafarova proposed sending a congratulatory letter on behalf of the Milli Majlis to the head of state and the First Vice-President.
The deputies greeted the speaker's address with applause.
