As BAKU.WS reports with reference to Report, this was stated by the Minister of Economy of Azerbaijan Mikayil Jabbarov at the forum.

"We are using the natural advantage of Baku as the only capital on the shore of the Caspian Sea to attract foreign direct investment, and we also continue to provide information about the presence of many talents in this region.
