On June 30, Vice President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva visited the newly commissioned building of the School of Arts in the city of Sheki.

As reported by BAKU.WS, Leyla Aliyeva was briefed in detail about the School of Arts.

It is noted that since the building, constructed in 1938, had fallen into a state unfit for use over the years, a new school building was constructed by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.

The educational institution, consisting of two buildings, is designed for 430 student places. The school is equipped with the necessary furniture and equipment, as well as visual aids.

Here, music rooms, theory rooms, choir rooms, photography, drawing, sculpture, design studios, a choreography hall, an assembly hall, a library, and a cafeteria have been made available for teachers and children. Landscaping and greening work has been carried out on the school grounds, ornamental shrubs and trees have been planted, and modern lighting systems have been installed.
