Vice President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, founder and head of the IDEA Public Union Leyla Aliyeva shared a publication about a celebration organized for children in need of special care.

As reported by BAKU.WS, the publication states:

"We held a warm and unforgettable celebration with the children. On this beautiful day, together with the editor-in-chief Rafik Yusifoglu, we presented our little friends with a special New Year's issue of the Göyərçin magazine, which has been published since 1958.

I thank Faik Agayev for sharing the joy of this celebration with us."
