On November 21, the Vice President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, founder and head of the IDEA Public Union Leyla Aliyeva and daughter-in-law of the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, Alyona Aliyeva, visited a special boarding school for children with disabilities in Lankaran city.
They also participated in the opening of the Osman Mirzoyev Children's Home No. 5 in Lankaran city, which was completely renovated by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation.
