At the Maksud Ibragimbekov Center for Creativity, the opening of the festival "The Oil Boom Smiles at Everyone" was held, dedicated to the 90th anniversary of the outstanding writer, playwright, and screenwriter Maksud Ibragimbekov. The event was attended by the Vice President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Leyla Aliyeva.
