Leyla Aliyeva addressed the participants of the conference on sustainable urban development within the framework of WUF13

The IDEA Public Association has implemented a number of environmental initiatives, including planting millions of trees, environmental education for children, conducting seminars, awareness campaigns on the irrational use of water resources and air pollution, as well as producing documentaries and organizing exhibitions.

This was stated in the address of the Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation, founder and head of the IDEA Public Association Leyla Aliyeva to the participants of the conference "Implementing the New Urban Agenda: Integrating Air Quality and Green Infrastructure into Sustainable Cities," held as part of the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) taking place in Baku.

The address notes that the organization is working to improve the urban environment and create more comfortable conditions for both people and nature. IDEA transforms urban spaces into greener and more accessible public areas for people of all ages, encouraging residents to spend more time outdoors and breathe cleaner air. Green barriers are also being created to establish a sustainable ecological environment in residential areas.
