Leila Aliyeva also visited the Grand Sultan Qaboos Mosque in Muscat

As part of her visit to Muscat, Vice President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva also visited the Grand Mosque of Sultan Qaboos.

As reported by BAKU.WS, the mosque, built on the initiative of the late Sultan Qaboos bin Said and opened in 2001, is one of the most magnificent religious monuments in the country. The mosque, which can accommodate about 20 thousand people for worship, has become an architectural symbol of Muscat.
