Jeyhun Bayramov condemned the missile attack on the territory of Turkey

Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov discussed the security situation in the region with his Turkish counterpart Hakan Fidan amid the escalation of the conflict in the Middle East.

This was stated in a message from Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry following the phone conversation between the ministers.

Jeyhun Bayramov condemned the latest missile attack on Turkish territory and expressed support for the brotherly country. The ministers emphasized that further escalation of military actions could lead to undesirable consequences.

During the phone conversation, views were also exchanged on other bilateral and regional issues of mutual interest.
