As reported by BAKU.WS, this was written by Azerbaijan's Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov in his account on the social network X.

"Today we proudly celebrate May 28 – Independence Day, which holds an important place in the glorious history of the Azerbaijani people. Thanks to efforts aimed at protecting and further strengthening our independence, Azerbaijan is today recognized on the international arena as a strong, authoritative, and reliable partner. On the occasion of this significant day, I warmly congratulate all compatriots, wish our country sustainable development, and our people – well-being, peace and tranquility, as well as new successes. Happy May 28 – Independence Day!" the post reads.
