Iran has always supported the development of economic ties between Azerbaijan and Armenia.

As Report informs, this was stated by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran Vahid Jalalzadeh at a briefing in Baku.

He noted that Iran supports all steps aimed at peace and stability. "We stand for peace and security in the South Caucasus," he added.
