In Azerbaijan, the rules for issuing mortgage loans have been changed

The President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on amendments to the "Rules for providing mortgage loans, including preferential mortgage loans from the funds of the Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan", approved by the decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated June 22, 2016.
