Family responsibilities of employees will be taken into account when organizing night and shift work.

As president.az reports, this is reflected in the amendment to the Labor Code, the decree on the application of which was signed by President Ilham Aliyev.

According to the law, when establishing a shift work schedule and assigning employees to night shifts, if there are valid reasons and when possible, the special needs of employees should be taken into account, including those related to their family responsibilities.
