Import of certain seedlings to Azerbaijan for planting is exempt from duty

Amendments have been made to the Cabinet of Ministers' decree "On customs duty rates for export-import operations," approved on April 22, 1998.
In this regard, Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a new decision.
Based on a confirming document issued by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, trees, shrubs, seedlings, and herbaceous plants imported into the country for planting are exempt from customs duty.
The decision will come into force 30 days after the date of publication.
