We have seen the advantages of the new governance system in Karabakh and East Zangezur.
As reported by AZERTAC, this was stated by President Ilham Aliyev in an interview with Azerbaijan Television in Nakhchivan.
"I am confident that more than 90,000 people living there see it too. The same governance system - the Special Presidential Representation - has also been applied in Nakhchivan," the head of state added.
