As reported by AZERTAC, President Ilham Aliyev stated this at the opening of the IV Shusha Global Media Forum.
"As he himself has repeatedly noted, President Trump put an end to eight conflicts in various parts of the world. That is his character, that is his vision, and that is his policy. As for our issue (the conflict with Armenia - ed.), he played a very important role here as well. Because when Azerbaijan and Armenia were at the final stage of negotiations, it was President Trump and his team who created the conditions that made peace possible."
