As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to AZERTAC, this was stated by President Ilham Aliyev at a meeting with residents of Khorovlu village in Jabrayil district.

Noting that one must believe in justice and ensure it, the head of state emphasized: "Our people believed in justice and achieved it. We are the owners of these lands. We expelled the enemy from our lands and today we are building a wonderful life."
