I believe that by now we have developed a unique experience in building cities and villages from scratch.
As reported by BAKU.WS, this was stated by President Ilham Aliyev in an interview with Euronews TV channel.
"Unfortunately, this was a consequence of the large-scale destruction in the occupied territories, and we had no other choice. A phased approach, and in some cases parallel development work, has resulted in 85,000 people already having returned over five years," the head of state noted.
