Ilham Aliyev: The peoples of Azerbaijan and Iran will continue to support each other

The peoples of Azerbaijan and Iran will continue to support each other in both good and difficult times.

This is stated in a post on the page of President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the social network X, published in response to a corresponding post by President of Iran Masoud Pezeshkian.

"The gratitude of the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, my brother Masoud Pezeshkian, addressed to the people and state of Azerbaijan for the support provided is highly valued by our people," the post says.

Ilham Aliyev noted that the friendly and brotherly peoples of Azerbaijan and Iran have supported each other for centuries.

"Our friendly and brotherly peoples have supported each other for centuries, and we will continue to support each other in both good and difficult times," the post says.
