The first official visit of Latvian President Edgars Rinkēvičs to Azerbaijan will further strengthen the friendly ties between the two countries.
This is stated in a publication on the official account of President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the social network X.
"Mr. President, welcome to Azerbaijan. The Declaration on Strategic Partnership, signed nine years ago, has elevated Azerbaijani-Latvian relations to a high level.
