Ilham Aliyev: The Challenges of the Modern Era Require Constant Adaptation from Judicial Systems

The challenges of the modern era, the socio-economic transformations occurring on a global scale, rapidly developing digitalization, the implementation of new technologies, especially artificial intelligence, require judicial systems to constantly adapt and apply new approaches.
As reported by BAKU.WS, this is stated in President Ilham Aliyev's address to the participants of the 67th annual session of the International Association of Judges.
"From this perspective, the annual sessions of the International Association of Judges are a useful platform for exchanging experience and effective dialogue with the aim of determining further directions for the development of judicial and legal systems against the backdrop of modern realities, and responding to the challenges they face," the head of state's address emphasizes.
