Over the past two years, our relations have reached a qualitatively new level.

As reported by BAKU.WS, this was stated by President Ilham Aliyev during his speech at the "SCO plus" format meeting in the Chinese city of Tianjin.

"Azerbaijan and China are connected by warm, friendly relations and comprehensive strategic partnership. Deepening these relations is one of the important directions of Azerbaijan's foreign policy," - noted the head of state. He called the signing of a joint statement on establishing strategic partnership between the two countries this year a historic event, emphasizing that it opened a new page in Azerbaijan-China relations.
