President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev informed President of Latvia Edgars Rinkēvičs about the progress of the peace process between Azerbaijan and Armenia.

As reported by AZERTAC, in a press statement with the President of Latvia Edgars Rinkēvičs, who is on an official visit to our country, the head of state noted that peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia already exists de facto, that last year the leaders of both countries were invited to the White House, where they signed a Joint Declaration, which was initialed by the foreign ministers.
