As reported by AZERTAG, this was stated by the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev during his speech at the opening ceremony of the XII Global Baku Forum.

"We are very proud that the Global Baku Forum is currently one of the leading international platforms. It discusses issues on the global agenda," noted the head of state.
