Ilham Aliyev expressed condolences to Keir Starmer

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent a letter of condolences to the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Keir Starmer.

As reported by Oxu.Az with reference to AZERTAG, the message states:

"Dear Mr. Prime Minister,

We are extremely saddened by the news of the death of a large number of people, including British citizens, as a result of the crash of an Air India passenger plane near the city of Ahmedabad, India.

Sharing your grief in these difficult moments, on my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan, I express to you, the families and loved ones of the victims, my deepest condolences regarding this tragedy".
