Ilham Aliyev: Azerbaijan's foreign exchange reserves are almost 16 times higher than our external debt

Recently, two leading international rating agencies - Moody's and Fitch - raised Azerbaijan's rating.
As reported by AZERTAG, this was stated by the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev in his speech at the 80th session of the UN General Assembly.
The head of state emphasized that this confirms the level of economic sustainability, strong fiscal discipline, and favorable investment climate in our country.
"Our external debt is only 6.5% of GDP, which is one of the lowest indicators in the world. Azerbaijan's foreign exchange reserves exceed our external debt by almost 16 times," the President added.
