On August 11, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, victorious Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Ilham Aliyev and First Lady Mehriban Aliyeva participated in a ceremony in Nakhchivan dedicated to the presentation of battle flags to the newly established operational military units (commandos) of the Separate Combined Arms Army.
