Ilham Aliyev approved amendments to the Law "On Road Traffic"

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev approved the Law "On Amendments to the Law 'On Road Traffic'".

As reported by BAKU.WS, according to the updated law, if a person who has committed an administrative offense provided for in Articles 346.1, 346.2, 346.4-346.9, 346-1.1-346-1.4, and 346-1.6-346-1.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Azerbaijan is not present near the vehicle, a copy of the administrative offense ruling will no longer be placed on the windshield.
