President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent an address to the participants of the founding conference of the Global South NGO Platform, taking place in Baku.

As Report informs, the text of the address was read by the assistant to the President of Azerbaijan - head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmet Hajiyev.
