Ilham Aliyev addressed participants of the conference on cultural heritage and the right to return

The President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent an address to the participants of the 3rd International Conference on the topic "Cultural Heritage and the Right to Return: Restoration of the Cultural Heritage of Azerbaijanis expelled from Armenia as a Path to Justice, Reconciliation and Peace," taking place in Baku.

As reported by BAKU.WS, the head of state's address was read by Adalat Veliyev, head of the Department for Relations with Political Parties and Legislative Authority of the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan.
